You must complete all information requested during checkout for the order to be processed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Market Mall Eye Clinic.

Returns and Exchanges
Calgary Eye Clinics Optometrists stands behind the quality of their products. For purchases made directly from Calgary Eye Clinics online store, we offer an exchange on unopened and unmarked contact lens boxes within 6 months of its expiration date.
Solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration products are non-refundable. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may exchange solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Original sales receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Returns and exchanges must be sent prepaid to us, and customers are responsible for return postage for an exchange.
